Hi..Assalamualaikum..
apa khabar semua? sihat?

hari ni nak ckp psl kereta idaman..
something that i wish i could have..
kalau ikutkan hati, memang nak sgt Audi A4 warna merah..of course la warna merah..
tapi apakan daya, kami ni bukan org kaya raya mewah duit berjuta-juta so memang tak mampu la nak bawa Audi A4..sumpah Audi A4 ni sgt cantik dan hebat dan handsome gagah perkasa.

and lately, me and my husband have been talking and planning to get ourselves a second car that basically serves as a family car..we want something that is bigger, that can store lots of things mcm stroller and our shoes and many more..yelah dh ada nak ni, kereta penuh dgn brg dia je..tu baru anak sorg, belum tambah adik2 Firash lagi..insyaAllah thn dpn boleh la usaha utk anak kedua kot..hehehe..and we also something that suits our style and taste..

mula2 tu husband suggest utk beli Mazda 3 je..i thought that is a good idea..Mazda 3 ada kaler merah yg lawa (wajib kaler merah okay)..
cantik jugak Mazda 3 kaler merah..garang, menawan, hebat dan macho..

kalo monthly kena byr bwh rm1500 i still think it's okay kot..still boleh la nak byr..
tapi ntah mcm mana my husband rasa nk tgk Hyundai Elantra yg baru tu..so we went to the showroom and memang cantik pun..murah lagi dari Mazda 3..storage capacity pun lebih kurang je..its features and interior pun sama je dgn Mazda 3..

ntah la..kami pun tak tau..nak angkat ke tak..nak beli kerata baru pun susah jugak sekarang ni..sebabnya kalo nak guna loan under my name, i still have the Myvi loan and i might have to let my Myvi go if i want to buy a new car..husband pun dh ada 2 car loans under his name..he bought a car for his father..another car is his cousin's, dia pinjam guna my husband's name since he wasn't financially stable yet at that time..so kami pun tak tau la mcm mana..tunggu je la kan..

kalo dh ada rezeki untuk pakai kereta baru, adalah..lagipun buat masa sekarang ni kami duk sibuk uruskan hal rumah lagi..rumah dh dpt awal tahun tapi kami masih tak pindah masuk lagi..sebabnya rumah tu kosong so my husband dh ckp yg dia nak pindah bila semuanya dh siap sedia..maksudnya mcm furniture, kitchen cabinet, lampu kipas, alarm, grill, awning, rumput carpet bagai la..ntah la..rumah dia so takpelah kan..i just follow him, he's the leader of the family, what's good for him is good for me too..

kami buat simple2 je sebab tak tau nk buat kat mana lagipun.
nak buat kat rumah ni, ni bukan rumah kami sendiri, rumah kakak ipar so mcm tak sedap la nak jemput ramai org kan...
lagipun nanti i rasa mcm serba tak kena sbb yelah, rumah org, kita tak bebas nk buat apa..
insyaAllah, next year kami dh akan duduk rumah sendiri so any events will be organized there..
nanti boleh la kami jemput our friends, relatives (fyi, my relatives sahaja dh ramai tau).

so husband said to have it outside je la..kali ni celebrate dgn family dia je dulu sbb my family members kan mostly are in Kelantan, Bibi is in Tronoh and papa outstation minggu tu..i will organize another celebration bila i blk Kelantan nanti. 


 so we went to Sg.Gabai Waterfall. it was my first time there and Firash's first time mandi air terjun..

Update on our House: Lights, Fans,and Works on the Plaster Ceiling

Assalamualaikum semua..

fuhh, dh lama tak update blog, sejak dh keja full time ni memang malas betul nak update..

blk keja je melayan anak, pkl 10 je dh tido dh..

i am still trying to adapt myself to the working hours and still adjusting to everything. Alhamdulillah, 2 3 hari ni dh tau mcm mana nak sesuaikan masa dan keadaan utk masak bila blk rumah..bosan la mkn luar selalu. 

owh ya, this particular post is for the update of our very own house.,setakat ni, few major things dh settle such as the plaster ceiling and putting all the lights and fans at their places.

my husband ni agak rajin mencari info ttg plaster ceiling yg murah and all. kami amik masa 2 bulan utk survey harga dan craftsmanship dulu. mula-mula i suggest utk pasang cornice je sbb murah tapi ntah mcm mana dia berjaya jumpa satu tauke yg boleh bagi harga murah untuk buat mcm L-box tu. so apa lagi, kami pun terus setuju je la..ceiling rumah kami dh memang  direka plaster ceiling so tinggal nak hias cornice atau buat L-box je la..kami tak buat for the whole house, just the living hall and the dining hall..sebab situ la tempat tetamu kan..hehehe..

for these two halls, the chinese man gave us rm2100 sahaja..that covered the L-shaped boards, the switches, the wires, the installation of the 16 down-light lamps and also the 5 hooks for the  5 fans. dh la ceiling kat linving hall rumah kami agak tinggi tau. jadi pada kami harga tauke ni agak murah la as compared to other places. sgt berbaloi okay. kualiti kerja pun sgt memuaskan..Ah-Fatt a.k.a the tauke ni from seremban tapi he's doing works all over Malaysia. sebelum rumah kami, dia buat satu bungalow kat melaka. dia pernah buat kerja utk rumah kat penang tau..dia takde charges utk kira celing dulu ke apa ke, dia akan dtg kira pastu if u tanak amik dia pun dia tak marah..

lampu semua kami beli sendiri la, and plus, kami mintak dia tlg tarikkan wayar lampu and tlg pasangkan hook utk kipas. kalo ikutkan hati nak minta dia pasangkan kipas terus tapi dia takde masa la sebabnya dia la tauke dia la pekerja. dia mmg specialize in plaster ceiling sahaja..dia siapkan the whole house dlm 3 4 hari sahaja. 

this is the dining hall and the kitchen area..kami buat L-shaped box yg simple je..

the masterbedroom, terpaksa pakai lampu mcm tu sebab down-light yg kami beli tak muat sbb lampu tu pjg sgt so Ah-Fatt a.k.a the tauke suggest pakai lampu mcm ni je..rumah kami dh memang  direka plaster ceiling so tinggal nak hias cornice atau buat L-box je la

owh ya, we know one shop yg jual lampu yg memang murah dan okay..ada lampu yg dari rm9 sahaja tau..kedai ni memang la ramai pengunjung, memang sesak especially on weekends. siap ada no giliran lagi tau bila nak bayar. so far, semua lampu dan kipas kami beli kat sini je. kedai ni kat puchong. owh  nama kedai ni ialah Houses Lighting Enterprise..hari tu ada snap gmbr kedai ni tapi tak tau la dlm phone husband ke phone sendiri.

lampu yg kami beli ni semuanya murah2. for the whole house we only spent around rm1000-1500, tak smpai rm1500 i think..we bought:

• 4 normal regulator fans, brand Alpha, black in colour 
• 1 remote control fan, brand Alpha, black in colour (this is for the living hall)
• 16 down-lights (black and white stripes) (32 watts each) 
• 2 dark wood-coloured square-shaped ceiling lights (for the bedrooms) 
• 1 dark-wood rectangular-shaped wall light (for the guest room yg ceiling dia mmg tinggi nak mampus) 
• 2 white-coloured square-shaped ceiling lights (for the bathrooms) 
• 2 hanging porch lamps
• 2 porch lamps yg kena letak atas tiang pagar tu

so sekarang ni tgh tunggu wak indon tu tarik lampu yg kat luar rumah, utk porch lamps yg atas pagar tu. 

bila wak dh siapkan kerja dia, kami akan proceed dgn istallation of the kitchen cabinet pulak..

i'll update on the kitchen cabinet later okay?
